TERMS
Day Trips – No refunds given if customer cancels within 1 calendar month of tour date.
YOUR PLACE IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECIEVED.
Foreign Trips – Deposit non refundable.

TRANSPORTATION(If included)
European tours we use either a locally hired mini-bus, MPV or Car, depending on the size of the tour.

ACCOMMODATION

All Hotel/Motel accommodation is of a good standard. We normally have twin-bedded rooms, two adults sharing. Single rooms are available on most tours at a supplementary cost.

PASSPORT

A full passport is required for all tours outside of the United Kingdom. For USA tours you must have at least 6-months validity on your passport from your return date.

INSURANCE

You are required to arrange your own travel and personal insurance..

INSUFFICIENT SUPPORT

We reserve the right to cancel any tour where insufficient support has been received by 7-days from departure,.We also reserve the right to amend any tour where we have no control over circumstances which may occur.
